Neurodiversity recognizes that there are many natural ways for brains to think, learn, process, and experience the world. Differences such as autism, ADHD, learning differences, sensory processing differences, and other neurodivergent ways of being are part of human diversity—not deficits to be corrected.
We provide affirming therapy for neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. Support may focus on navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationships, communication, identity, and the impact of living in a world that is not always designed with neurodivergent needs in mind.
Therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each person’s unique way of processing and expressing themselves. We prioritize respect, curiosity, and autonomy, and work at a pace that feels supportive and accessible. Our goal is to help you better understand yourself, build sustainable coping strategies, and feel more supported and empowered in your daily life—without asking you to mask or change who you are.
